What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced proposal manager to be a key component of Lynch Consultants’ 2030 strategic plan, in which we will grow three-fold over the next five years.  The right candidate has direct experience in the Federal Consulting industry managing the proposal process, from pre-RFP through final submission.  This is a tremendous opportunity to be an integral member of the firm’s executive leadership team, do interesting work, steer our future, and realize unlimited growth potential.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years proposal development experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience within the Federal Consulting industry.
  • BA/BS Degree.
  • Must live in greater Washington D.C. region: Virginia, the District, or Maryland. This position is on-site, five days per week in Ballston, VA.
Skills:
  • Coordinate proposal planning, development, and submission.
  • Manage and maintain proposal library of previous corporate submissions.
  • Maintain and improve proposal templates.
  • Develop compliance and capability matrices.
  • Create proposal ‘shell’ for submission volumes.
  • Manage NDA/TA for partner companies.
  • Establish and enforce proposal calendar.
  • Coordinate gate reviews.
Preferred:
  • Shipley training.
  • Experience supporting federal management consulting proposals.
  • Experience as a consultant supporting financial management and/or CIO program management.
