What We Are Looking For:

Lynch is seeking a team member for a position on the G-Invoicing project who will be responsible for leading the Policy team within the DLA Agreements Program. This role requires a seasoned Federal Financial Manager experienced in analyzing and writing policy at various levels of the organization, as well as the ability to supervise small teams of associates. The role will involve assessing current support agreement policy at the DoD, DLA, and functional levels in order to identify gaps. With gaps identified, the team will work in collaboration with Government SME's to design and implement remediation strategies for each of the identified gaps.

Requirements:

Understanding of DoD policy and hierarchy of policies at the various levels of government.
Lead associates to develop/execute client requirements.
Interact with government clients on a daily basis.
Provide weekly status updates of progress, roadblocks, and decision points.
Must be able to lead working groups and drive project outcomes.

8+ years of related work experience (Required)
Public Trust clearance (Required)
Must live in the greater Washington D.C. region: Virginia, the District of Columbia, or Maryland.
This is a hybrid position. Team members will work three (3) days onsite at Ft. Belvoir and/or Arlington with two (2) days remote (WFH)

Skills:

Supervisory skills and ability to manage small teams
Experience analyzing government policy documents.
Understanding of the support agreement lifecycle.
Ability to drive requirements and outcomes in an evolving environment.
