Make an impact supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs! Lynch Consultants is seeking a Personal Financial Management Consultant to support federal initiatives. We are looking for someone who is ready to take on meaningful challenges and make a measurable difference. Salary: Up to $105,000yr. Commensurate with experience.

Work Location and Schedule:

This position is fully remote.

Required Qualifications – Must Have:

MUST have a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
MUST have 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
MUST be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Federal. Public Trust background clearance.
MUST have experience with Federal Human Resources, including GS pay scales, position descriptions, and hiring processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting Federal Human Resources or HR consulting initiatives.
Knowledge of Federal finance functions and organizational transformation efforts.
Experience developing GS position descriptions, workforce planning, or supporting federal hiring processes.
Experience working in a federal consulting environment or supporting government clients.
Comfortable using Claude AI or similar AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
Project Management Professionals (PMP) certification.
Experience working with the U.S Department of Veterans Affairs.
