Make an impact supporting a growing government contractor! Lynch Consultants is seeking a Sourcing Specialist who has a strong desire to grow their career. You embrace hard challenges and make a difference. Ideally, you have a year sourcing experience at a staffing firm like Kelly, Randstad, Robert Half, and Manpower.
This is a career-track position.  Outstanding sourcing specialists have unlimited upward mobility within the talent acquisition and management functions within the firm.
  
This position is located in Arlington, VA

Salary: $50,000 - $62,000 (reflective of experience) 
 

Required Qualifications – Must Have: 

  • MUST have a BA/BS degree
  • MUST be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • MUST live in the DMV area


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 1+ years of experience sourcing
  • 1+ years of experience in government contracting
  • Understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)


Skills: 

  • Multitasking and organization: Strong ability to perform recruitment duties for multiple open positions while maintaining consistent visibility to upper management through regular updates to the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Communication: Willingness to communicate with hundreds of candidates via email, phone call, and video to efficiently vet potential hires while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Consistency and curiosity: Desire to drive Lynch Consultant's recruitment process and constantly learn more about hiring needs, best practices, and means of improvement.
